Please read below a series of frequently asked questions. Should you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask by contacting us

 

How do I request a login for this website?

You can request a login by sending us an email CLICK HERE, containing:

- your emailaddress

- your 7 letter code

- your branchecode

Your login request will be processed within 24 hours from request and you will be informed of confirmation by email.

 

How do I log in?
You can log in in 2 ways: in the right top corner you will find the login section. You can also click on the login button that is visible in the right corner of the image banner on every page. Use the username and password that you have received from us to enter the webshop.

 

Can I change my password?

Yes you can. Please send us an e-mail with your request and which password you would like to use and we will fix this for you.

 

Where can is see my order status?
When you are logged in, click on the "your account" button, that you find in the right upper corner of the website. Here you will find a history containing all your orders.

 

How do I purchase items?
You can purchase items once you are logged in, by either selecting the desired category from the dopdown menu when clicking on "webshop" or by clicking the category button on the homepage.

 

Where do i see what I am ordering?

In the right top corner of the website you will find tour shoping cart. Please click on the check-out button and your order-overview will appear. You can change anything you like from the overview.

 

Do I receive an invoice for the purchased items from the webshop?
No, the webshop does not send you an invoice once you have ordered, however you will see the amount of the purchased items in a clear overview that is sent to you by email. You will receive your actual invoice(s) via C.H. Robinson Europe B.V.'s European Headquarters. How do I use the DTP-tool?

The DTP-tool that you will find in the "stationery" category-items is specifically designed for C.H. Robinson Europe B.V. to customize all your stationery items. Simply click on the grey button "enter your stationery data" that appears when you enter the detailwindow of the selected item. A pop-up will appear. You can live view the data you enter for the item you are ordering. Click on the preview button to preview the entered data and determine if all is stated correctly. Once you have reviewed and you are satisfied, click on the "finalize" button to finalize you order. Do not forget to enter the quantity from the drop-dowm menu and add to cart.


How long does it take to receive my ordered items?

Orderpicking is once a week. Every tuesday at noon all orders will be processed and items will be produced. Every friday the orders are dispatched. It usually takes 3 business days depending on the country you are in. When unexpected delay occurs, you will receive a status e-mail, describing the cause of the delay and the new expected date and time of delivery. Custom items might take longer.

 

How do I know that my order has been sucessful?
Once you have placed you order we will send you an order confirmation to your e-mail address. This ensures that your order has been received by us and will be processed at the earliest convenience.

 

How do I mount the ordered items in my office?
All ordered items come with specific and elaborate mounting materials and instructions for swift and easy implementation. Some items might need personal assistance by a specialized company. Please consult us for help in finding the right assistance when needed. Personal assistance is not included in the price and will be quoted separately.

 

How do i cancel an order or specific items within an order?

If you accidently ordered items you do not want to receive, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible, clearly stating the order number (that you can find in the order confirmation e-mail) and the items that you wish to cancel. We will take swift action to cancel the specific item, but once processed by us your order will be dispatched. Where appliccable you will be updated of the revised order by e-mail.

 

What if i have questions regaring a specific item?
We are there to help you out with all your questions. Just send us an e-mail and we will answer accordingly.


 
You will now be redirected to the webshop where you can order your promotional items. You can login with the same combination. We kindly ask you to finish your current order on this website prior to being redirected.
